Appearance
Generally the first thing people notice about her is that she’s got giant bugs crawling all over her. Having not officially caught any of the Pokémon who travel with her they rarely travel in poke balls, therefore they are far more inclined just to crawl or flit around following her, barring Qwilfish, who Kylie usually has to drag around by the tail. The addition of the Pokémon makes her a lot larger and more ferocious then she actually is, underneath she’s adorns a lean figure, undernourished and travel worn she usually looks tired and her clothes are faded and grubby. Generally shrouded in shadow by her large fluffy hood, her hair is a dirty blonde colour, often embellished with various purple spores that seem to find their way in there as a consequence of living with poisonous bugs. Though she could look quite sweet if she actually tried, her dull blue eyes are often rolling mockingly, and her thin lips only break into a smile when she thinks up something especially sadistic to do. She dons a large hoodie, which breaks into a knee-length skirt, decorated with a faded pink sash, and a white clip on belt that’s supposed to hold field equipment. Her hood, shoulders and right cuff are laced with a pink fur, while the left forearm washes into a silhouette print of Spinarak [Reference here]. She also doesn’t wear shoes, which means she ends up spending a lot of money buying new socks & stockings, to replace the ones which end up getting a fair few holes in them.

Personality
She’s quiet and reserved, and will appear to ignore any conversation directed at her, unless it’s in her best interests to reply. Years of solitary confinement have left her very nihilistic, bitter and reserved. She roams about without purpose, caring only for the few Pokémon who have chosen to side with her and is sour towards other people. Despite her generally patient and stanch appearance, she is inclined to react quite violently with little warning; in these instances she is very vocal, and if confronted she becomes fantastically cynical, mocking her opposition in the hopes of having them attack automatically, rather then strategically. In a blind rage her opponents are more easily outclassed and crushed. In these conflict situation she will act remorselessly, attacking without mercy until the opposition is beaten into submission. Although she rarely shows emotion, Kylie is somewhat sympathetic to abandoned or outcasted people/Pokémon.

Background Stuff
Little is known about her past, she came from a very well off family, but as a wily and mischievous child she tormented her parents who didn’t know how to control their little terror. Having very few friends within high society, she befriended a little Spinarak who hid in the curtains. During her sisters sixth birthday party she unleashed little spider, launching the poor girls lifelong fear of spiders, and filling the lavish gardens with terrified screaming children. Unfortunately for Kylie, this was the last straw, and she was sent far away to boarding school.

From the very beginning she was approached to with caution, her mischievous ways suddenly and brutally stamped out, she transcended through various melancholy stages, she became quiet and ominous but as she got older she became increasingly more antagonistic. She was outlawed by the other children; and broken tremors of violent, disruptive behavior saw her expelled. After being turned away from home, she became lost to the wilderness. She disappeared from society and was sighted only occasionally, loitering around borders of large cities.
Time passed without incident, until one day an unfortunate junior Pokémon trainer, upon seeing her with her small Spinarak, confronted her and challenged her to a battle. However, before he could even send out his Pokémon, Spinarak leapt upon him, clawing at his face and spraying him with powerful toxins. Once she'd disposed of the body, she began to seriously consider the idea of collecting more of these critters.
Almost immediately she stumbled upon a rogue Kakuna; while the rest of the swarm had evolved and flown away the little bug had shyed behind. Showing an incredibly rare flush of sympathy for the abandoned insect, she picked him off the tree. Little bug being severely pissed off that the strange girl had disturbed his rest, evolved immediately. After chasing down Kylie and mauling her, he was finally restrained by Spinark and was persuaded that it was in his best interests to follow along with them.

Wandering with no particular objectives, she slowly gathered along a small group of discarded outcasts and deadbeats of the Pokémon world: a pissed off, irrational female Zubat, picking up another impulsive and playful Spinarak, a politely aggressive Venomoth, and she liberated a sleepy Qwilfish from a fast food restaurant. Together they have terrorized the countryside, preying on the young and inexperienced trainers. Appearing suddenly and without warning, she overpowers unsuspecting boys and girls, using cheap tactics and dirty tricks if necessary. Although not exceptionally strong, her Pokémon are psychotic, often attacking blindly and with no apparent strategy.

Though not a fan of crowds, she’s decided to join the PCBC, she’s running short on money and her Pokémon have acquired a taste for trainers, rumor has it there will be lots here.

- Although usually referred to as 'Little Spider' or 'Spin', this nasty spiniarak is the same one that ultimately started Kylie's life of mischief. A homicidal maniac, the small Pokémon will attack relentlessly, even if the foe is completely incapacitated. Quick and nimble, little spider races around, wearing down and disorientating the opposition, attacking furiously and unpredictably. Though small, Spinarak is abominably proud, and will never back down, which often lads to trouble when it picks a fight with something much bigger then itself.

- The angsty little Kakuna that Kylie disturbed, though after triggering his evolution Beedrill joined the gang. He likes to climb around on Kylie's head, as it scares the crap out of passers-by. Highly energetic, he and the little spider often cause mayhem when they get together; luring wild Pokémon into battle with taunts and jeers, double teaming and crushing opposition before they even know what’s going on. Although Kylie doesn’t talk all that much, she has given them a variety of rather absurd nicknames, Beedrill –for no apparent reason at all- was named Biscuits.

- Affectionately called Mouse, being shorter and easier to say then “that f%$#ing rat with wings”, as a Zubat, Mouse crashed into Kylie and Biscuits during a windy night while they were walking in the woods; a furious scuffle ensued between the two, however Beedrill prevailed, crippling the bat and leaving it on the forest floor. Kylie reluctantly scooped up Zubat and left her in the care of the Pokémon center, however once it’d healed Zubat hunted down the girl and her vicious bee, swearing to crush it in a fight. However so far she’s been unsuccessful, and so still hangs round.

- Another Spinarak that tagged along. Very cunning and mischievous, she will often feint weakness in battle to drop the oppositions guard, sometimes pretending to have fainted altogether to lure them into a false sense of security, before unleashing powerful physical blows. Upon evolving Ariados took a turn for the worse, and has quite possibly become the most sadistic of all Kylie's Pokemon (actually quite a stunning achievement on this team of misfits), she has an insatiable appetite, sometimes using a practice battle as an opportunity for a free meal, prompting the rumors that Kylies Pokémon will feast on opposing trainers teams if they lose.

- During an excursion through town, Kylie met Venomoth in a back alley dumpster, feeding on a pair of old tennis shoes. Venomoth took little convincing to drop what it was doing to join the cool kids, and was quick to attach itself to Kylie. Quiet and dangerous, she is one of the few who battles seriously, and therefore is one of Kylies most reliable Pokémon. Kylie generally doesn't give out commands in battle, unless it's something particularly important, all the Pokemon are experienced enough to make their own decisions... which is generally whatever will hit hardest and leave the opposition in prime condition for eating.

- On the way out from robbing a fast food store, Kylie liberated the Qwilfish she now calls "Puff" with the intention of frying him up and having him for dinner. However she discovered his usefulness when he woke up and sent everybody flying with a powerful explosion. Qwilfish doesn’t battle all too often and is inclined just to nap; Kylie mostly uses him as a grenade, utilizing his powerful self-destruction skillz by hurling him at opponents when she’s losing.
